B-29 Corridor Holdings (“BCH”) owns +1,500 acres across 6 tracts strategically located in Grayson County, Texas where the planned northward extension of the Dallas North Tollway and Grayson County Tollway is expected to drive future population growth, development, and land values.

 

Given BCH's flexible capital structure, land positions may be entitled, developed, held for long-term value appreciation, or sold opportunistically to investors entering the market.

BCH works in close partnership with B-29’s agriculture platform to lease its land for grazing purposes, reducing holding costs, and allowing BCH to take a more flexible approach in evaluating development and disposition opportunities.
