Under limited supervision, lead day to day operations and accounting functions for Liberty Crossing, a high density destination retail concept located in Gainesville, Texas.


On “Market” weekends the individual will largely be the face of Liberty Crossing and will need to be able to communicate with large numbers of diverse vendors and patrons in a very fast paced environment.



•Maintains tenant, vendor, and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, and paid invoices in accordance with prescribed standards.


•Coordinates and monitors status of work assigned to vendors including landscaping, construction, and others.


•Accounts receivable rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenants.


•Assists with budget preparation by researching costs for supplies and services and obtaining bids as directed.


•Comply with bid process guidelines for new contracts.


•Assists with preparations of monthly and quarterly management reports.


•Assists with preparation of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) dues, CAM reconciliations, invoices and related correspondence.


•Works with property accountant on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
