Clear Creek Retail (“CCR”) invests in development and value-add retail assets. The following provides a brief overview of CCR's various development sites:

  • Clear Creek Crossing – Gainesville, Texas. A recent development and land assemblage on the northeast corner of I-35 and Hwy 82 in Gainesville, Texas. CCR sold one of the interior lots to a national quick-service restaurant ("QSR") brand, and sold another to a regional bank for the development and relocation of their corporate headquarters. CCR retained two pad sites on the hard corner of the intersection which are subject to long-term ground leases with national QSR brands. 

  • Grocery Anchor – Sanger, Texas. CCR also owns property along I-35 on the corner of a major exchange in Sanger, Texas which is currently leased to a grocery store tenant.

  • Commercial Development Site – Northlake, Texas. 3 acre tract along I-35W near Texas Motor Speedway with prospective for mixed-use development.

  • Wal-Mart Supercenter Pad – Gainesville, Texas. 0.5 acre site with frontage along Hwy 82 prospective for sale or lease to retail users.

  • Panther Creek and FM 423 – Frisco, Texas. 16 acre tract on the SE corner of Panther Creek and FM 423.
