Liberty Crossing - In November of 2016, Mesa Real Estate Partners' predecessor acquired the former Gainesville Outlet Mall, a 42 acre, 6 building facility with over 320,000 square feet climate-controlled retail space along I-35 located north of Gainesville, Texas and just five miles south of the WinStar World Casino & Resort across the border in Oklahoma.

 

Since acquisition, the Mesa team has redeveloped the property into a new high-density, destination retail concept called “Market Days at Liberty Crossing,” and is seeking to re-lease an adjacent pad site for restaurant use.

 

Market Days at Liberty Crossing includes a monthly market venue and all-day experience for the entire family. Customers are able to shop, eat and drink from a variety of retail shops, craft vendors, food trucks, local wineries, craft beer and live entertainment. Market Days at Liberty Crossing occur on the weekend before the fourth Monday of each month.

As the Market Days grow, the facilities at Liberty Crossing can accommodate a large food hall to be filled with local farm-to-table products, as well as the potential for a craft brewery and/or tasting rooms for local wineries.
